Our Story
Born to protect
Upland Fire Protection was born in 2025 out of a dream to see our community protected and properly defended from the risk of wildfire loss to our homes, property and possessions.
We specialize in three pillars of wildfire mitigation: defensible space creation, home hardening, and fuel reduction. Our team combines deep field experience with the latest fire-science research, providing the advantage you need over fire.

Home Hardening
Your home’s material and design determine whether it survives a wildfire. 90% of homes lost to wildfires are ignited by wind-blown embers rather than direct flame contact. We identify and remedy vulnerabilities— from vents and eaves to decks and window panes. Your exterior, your preference, retrofitted to prevent ignition.
defensible Space
We remove and revamp vegetation around your home into fire-resistant zones, transforming the space to proactively defend against fire. Each zone, following NFPA spec standard, creates a fuel-reduced buffer, giving your property the fighting edge needed in the face of flames.
Fuel Reduction
Overgrown brush, dead trees, and accumulated debris are fuel waiting to ignite. Our crews safely remove, chip and treat high-risk vegetation with both your property’s wildfire safety and aesthetic in mind across any terrain. Every tree is approved by the home-owners authorization to treat before operation. Fuel reduction is your preemptive defense before the fire even starts.
